In text form, you're missing the more important edges of your forms: the squash in the torso, the tilt thrust and direction of the cranium(second to that the way the neck inserts into the cranium and attaches into the torso, the way the shoulder interlocks with the torso and likewise the way the legs fit onto the torso.
This may sound like a lot in theory but you've already made the movements for half of them, but it simply appears that you've almost moved onto thinking about the next lines before you've finished describing the form that you're drawing and therefore are cheating yourself of a little bit of anatomical information with naught but a smidgen of speed gained.
Sorry if that was too critical.
Forgot to mention: You've reversed your line weight. What is closer to you has more contrast, so make the line darker on the form that is in front... on the areas where the weight is... where tension is... the important bits... Watch out for that.
I have a lot more to say but it doesn't exactly relate so remind me that I had metaphor for drawing as speech.
Cheers,
Ed
I get what you're saying in all of this, I'll be sure to keep it in mind when im drawing in the future (even the 30's). And thanks for pointing out how I reversed the line weight haha.
This drawing is currently sitting in my room at home, so if you still want me to bring it in let me know.
